The Kunja is a boutique Bali hotel villa offering 18 fully serviced private villas in Bali’s conveniently located in the trendy Seminyak area only minutes away from one of the island's most famous stretch of golden-sand beaches and a myriad of restaurants and shopping boutiques.
The Kunja is a Bali luxury villa property offering guests a breathtaking amount of space both inside the individual Bali luxury villas as well as the property on which they are located. Specializing in one-bedroom retreats for honeymooners, weddings, and couples, The Kunja - Bali villa hotel is only a hotel by name, as the villas themselves are as spacious, refined and private as many of the more attractive private villas in Bali.
The Kunja comprises of 4 spacious three-bedroom serene villas and 14 one-bedroom villas; each appointed with a large central living area, private swimming pool with sundeck, full-service kitchen, en-suite bathrooms and large tropical garden.
One-bedroom villas consist of a single pavilion on a 285m2 property. The Villa consists of 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, sofa lounge area with sound system, dinning area and full set kitchen. All bedrooms have satellite television, en-suite bathrooms and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanity. The swimming pools in our 1 bedroom villas are large 8.5 meter x 3.5 meters and include a wet sunning area (20cm deep water) beside each sundeck.
The Bedrooms feature King size King Koil beddding, built in wood wardrobes inclusive of private electronic safety box and walk in closets. The bathrooms feature separate shower and bathtub and double sink vanity. An en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are 30 meters2 and include Television cabinet, writing desk with vanity mirror, day bed sofa. Featured in all bedrooms is a 110 Volt electric plug located beside each vanity mirror.
